iTechnolabs partnered with a SaaS-based company to enhance their development team. The client wanted to create a robust product that aligned with their vision. The primary aim behind building the new product was to deliver a better customer experience and have live sessions with eminent personalities.
The client owned a video-chat-based platform enabling customers to engage in one-to-one conversations with renowned personalities. In the app, the influencers (users) could easily sign up to use its features, while the enrollers were required to purchase the tickets and receive guidance through one-to-one interactions.

We began the process by taking charge of the client’s team and redefining the structure and responsibilities of each team member. After analyzing the project requirements, a plan was created to allocate resources. Further, the client’s requirements were mapped, and candidates were interviewed and sorted into teams based on their skills.
Since the client wanted a gradual expansion, we carried out a thorough vetting and interview process to find a suitable web developer. On being selected, the web developer engaged in the client’s project.
We expanded our iTechnolabs team from 2 to 5 as per the client’s needs, following progress and proof of work.
