ToggleiTechnolabs partnered with the client to grow and improve their business by providing additional resources and expertise. Our prime focus was to expand their team for enhanced operations, manage increased workload, and improve production efficiency.
The client runs an IT company in Denver (USA) that specializes in developing end-to-end enterprise solutions. The client leverages multiple tech stacks, including Microsoft.NET and Java, to address challenges related to mobility and automation.
Worked Upon By – Initially 1 developer. Expanded later to a team of 10 functional and technical consultants in web, mobile, and automation technologies.
The client faced major difficulties in meeting the resource requirements for their projects. Firstly, they were unwilling to hire freelancers or deploy an organization with poor conditions (sweatshops) to fulfill their need for resources. Secondly, the projects had white-label requirements, which became a major roadblock in making the right choice for resources. Lastly, the client had to adhere to a multitude of compliances that could arise from teaming with unreliable freelancers or sweatshops.
That is where team iTechnolabs took over. We were required to assign skilled and experienced developers, along with project managers and business analysts who could work on the project. The assigned team was responsible for managing and overseeing the client’s project, ensuring every task was implemented successfully and adhering to the client’s specifications.
This opportunity wasn’t a typical collaboration as the project was complex and demanded a high level of expertise and skills. Also, it had a tight deadline and was requested on short notice.

The initial number of allocated resources was increased to 10 who worked with different technology stacks. Each member of the team worked on different projects.
The end-to-end collaboration with the client was conducted in phases.

The client expressed they preferred a gradual approach to team expansion, rather than expanding it rapidly. Accordingly, we conducted a thorough vetting and interview process to select a suitable web developer for the client’s project. As the web developer progressed on the project and demonstrated their approach and methods, iTechnolabs increased the team size to 10 to meet the growing needs of the client.
The client had their own established processes, methodologies, and technology stack. To ensure that our dedicated team followed the processes and systems, we introduced our team to the client’s requirements. Additionally, the engagement also comprised sprint planning, introduction to standard collaboration tools, and other activities aimed at aligning our team with the client’s work.
Being a funded company, the client wanted to establish a dedicated software team without investing much. iTechnolabs helped them define their processes objectively and provided them with SaaS solutions developed by a dedicated and autonomous team of experts. Additionally, our team also took responsibility for the client’s software products, which contributed to the growth of both platforms.
We allocated a range of resources, which included senior and junior engineers, solution architects, a project manager, and support engineers to meet the changing requirements of our client. As a result of this robust and continuous collaboration, the client was able to scale their operations as desired.
