iTechnolabs helped a bath manufacturer modernize by combining Microsoft Dynamics with Augmented Reality (AR). This transformed their traditional business model, offering customers innovative, interactive experiences for better engagement and operations.
The client was based in North America and had focused on continual improvement and innovation in bath fittings. For them, the motto was, “Don’t be right, get it right”! They aimed to make their products more innovative to make people happy every time they see their bathrooms.

The client wanted to enhance their team and was looking for experts in Augmented Reality and Microsoft Dynamics. However, they struggled to find resources in Canada and the U.S. After a long search, the client finally found iTechnolabs and approached them for help.
The client primarily needed ERP. CRM, and mobile expertise. They aimed to improve operations and customer interactions, focusing on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Additionally, the client was also looking for a partner to digitally transform their business using augmented reality in mobile apps. They wanted an innovative solution but also wanted it to be cost-effective.
iTechnolabs started with a team of three professionals, skilled in .NET, Microsoft Dynamics, Android, and iOS development.
Over the next 16 months, the team grew from 3 to 14 members, including designers, React, JAVA, PHP developers, and QA analysts.
The iTechnolabs team incorporated features to create robust CRM and ERP software for the client, helping them manage inventories. They also deployed JIRA to oversee project progress.
iTechnolabs successfully delivered the AR-based bathroom fittings solution as per the requirements and expectations of the client. They provided the right resources who efficiently built the required solution.
